Suvarnabhumi Airport will resume full operations on 5 December 2008

Today, (3 December 2008) at a meeting of all agencies concerned at the Ministry of Transport, it was decided that Suvarnabhumi International Airport will resume full operations at 11.00 hrs on 5 December 2008.
Currently, all agencies concerned are in the final inspection process to ensure readiness of all systems at the Airport.
On 5 December, the Royal Thai Government will invite representatives of the international community and concerned international agencies in Thailand to observe the full resumption of operations at Suvarnabhumi International Airport from 09.30 hrs onwards. The ceremony will be presided over by the Acting Minister of Transport.
